I was born and currently live in Switzerland, but my nationality is Portuguese. I was born on December 22, 2007. I joined the furry community when I was 12 years old, and it quickly became a really special place for me. I love to draw, sing, and write—those are just a few of the things that bring me joy ^w^

After joining the fandom, I noticed how many people in our community struggle with mental health, including depression and anxiety. That inspired me to start learning more about mental health and how I could help. I've been researching and supporting others for a few years now, and I’ve had the chance to help several people through tough times, including depression and even suicidal thoughts.

My biggest goal is to create a safe space for anyone going through a rough mental state within the community. I truly hope the tips and ideas I share can bring even a little bit of comfort and support.

I also created a Discord server especially for people who are struggling—it's a place where you can vent, talk, or just feel less alone. If you’re not comfortable opening up there, you can always try talking to close friends or family. But if that feels too hard, please know that I’m always here too. I might take a little while to reply if I’m busy, but I’ll do my best to get back to you as soon as I can and help however I can 💛
